Evidence standard
Useful science, translated without overclaiming.
OptimaSelf uses peer-reviewed systematic reviews, meta-analyses, randomized trials, and major professional guidance to shape its methods and safety limits. Research informs the practice; it does not prove what will happen for one person on one day.
How a practice enters the product
A method must have a traceable source, a plausible match to everyday wellbeing or planning, a short version that preserves its key mechanism, and a clear boundary for when it is not appropriate. Each practice carries evidence identifiers and user-facing limits in the product's evidence vault.
How evidence is described
We prefer plain statements such as “may modestly help on average” and name important uncertainty. We do not turn associations into causes, structured clinical programs into one-tap promises, or group averages into guaranteed personal outcomes.
What personalization means
OptimaSelf uses deterministic rules based on answers you choose to give, your goals, available time, and your own recorded usefulness ratings. It does not diagnose a condition, infer hidden traits, or claim that an algorithm has measured your health.
Safety boundary
OptimaSelf is general education and self-guided wellbeing support for adults. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical monitoring, or crisis care. A practice should be stopped if it feels unsafe, inappropriate, or aggravating. Persistent or severe symptoms deserve assessment from a qualified professional.
Corrections and review
Sources, wording, and practice adaptations are reviewed as the product changes. Report a citation, safety, or clarity concern to support@optimaself.com. Independent clinical review remains a required milestone before OptimaSelf presents itself as a fully paid wellbeing product.
