A calmer product should also be easier to use.

OptimaSelf is built for keyboard, touch, small screens, browser zoom, screen readers, and reduced-motion preferences. We test these foundations continuously, but the product has not yet received independent accessibility certification.

Current support

The main flow uses labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion handling. Core actions do not rely on colour alone.

Known limits

Some long practice screens and visual progress views may still need refinement at very high zoom or with particular assistive technologies. Stripe's hosted checkout and Supabase's email delivery are third-party services with their own accessibility behavior.

Report a barrier

Email support@optimaself.com with the page, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and what prevented you from continuing. Do not include journal text or health details. We aim to reply within two business days.
